What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?

-Within 30 days you will:

Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
Develop understanding of existing CVM frameworks
Campaign operations (campaign set-up, list management, data segmentation, testing, execution)


-Within 60 days, you will:

Campaign level KPIs tracking & reporting
Strive for continuous improvement in both the processes and the campaign outcomes.
Working hands on with IBM Unica, IBM Marketing Operations, IBM Interact and other automation tools for day to day Campaign Management tasks.
Campaign Process Automation - set auto triggers & automate campaign operations

-Within 90 days to onwards you will:

In addition to the CVM operations and the hands-on with UNICA, programming skills for managing the real time module “INTERACT” will be required

A bit about you: We are looking for someone who has relevant experience in end to end campaign execution, scheduling, creating & testing the campaign workflows in IBM UNICA CAMPAIGN & IBM Interact. Working hands on with IBM Unica Campaign, IBM Marketing Operations, IBM Interact and other automation tools for day to day Campaign Management tasks. Campaign operations SLA management, KPIs tracking, Campaign review, analysis, and Campaign process automation.

A bit about us:
CVM Ops team is part of the Analytics & Insights Department within Marketing. The team is solely responsible to CVM campaign executions at Jazz.
The structure of the team you will join is:
.         A 24 member team (including the department head) with 05 sub teams
.         You will be part of a 04 member sub-team reporting to a manager
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
.         Manage conventional/Contextual CVM Campaign execution using unica CMS
.         Strong technical background with hands on experience in databases, programming and coding
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team. What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
.         Ability to align CVM goals with broader commercial objectives
.         Ability to coordinate with CVM Design team and other stakeholders to support them in BTL campaigns
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
.         Plan the migration of CVM campaigns to IBM’s campaign management platform
.         Development and execution of contextual marketing Campaigns
The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
.         End to end Campaign Operations using IBM CMS (Unica Campaign/Marketing Operations/Interact/Optimizer)
.         Campaign Process Optimization/Automation - set auto triggers & automate campaign operations
.         Analysis & Reporting
The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have.T
.         Microsoft Office/ORACLE/TeraData/Netezza/ JAVA/ Web services (SOAP/REST), Unix Script with Strong technical knowledge.
.         IBM Marketing Platform, IBM Campaign, IBM Marketing Operations, IBM Interact, IBM Contact Optimization, IBM Unica Detect, Stored Procedures
